“always on time, well prepared”

We wanted to take this opportunity to say “thank you” for doing such a great job landscaping our backyard. You turned a very dull yard into what is now the focal point of our outdoor activities.

It’s very difficult to find someone that will do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. That was certainly not so with you. From day one of this project, we were very impressed. You arrived on time and patiently worked with us
to get a clear understanding of what we were trying to accomplish. Subsequent meetings were similar. You were
always on time, well prepared, and never tried to rush us
into anything.

When the actual landscaping began, you started as planned and completed the job in the time you had forecast. Your workers were courteous and seemed to take a lot of pride in what they were doing. It was also reassuring to have you personally supervise the job. You being around probably helped make the job go as well as it did.

Once completed, it was nice to find the final price of the project was about 10% less than what you had originally estimated. The lower price was because you did not use all the plants listed in your original bid. It would have been very easy to
add the plants even though they were not needed.

Ramona and I are very pleased with everything you did to our
backyard. Should you ever have a need, feel free to use us as a reference. We would welcome the opportunity to give any of your potential customers an accurate assessment of what we
experienced working with you.

I asked you to make my landscaping in the front “nice.”
Instead, it now has the potential to be the best in the
neighborhood. Your selection of shrubs encompassed a
beautiful variety of textures and colors. We are very proud
and pleased with your work.

By my count, you also rearranged the pansies that had littered in front, swept the mulch that had scattered across the back patio and poured the leftover bags of mulched from last fall into the patio shrub area after edging. I know the begonias will be as beautiful as the pansies were. We will probably talk at some time about more landscaping in the back. If any of your customers would like a reference, I would be a good one to call.
